The role
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible of oversee and take care of the staff members to ensure the correct execution of the set standards by the company. You will report to the Housekeeping manager to support him/her in the daily operation.
We look for someone who leads by example and contributes to daily activities in addition to the administration and managerial tasks.
Key responsibilities:
- Organise, improve and control the Laundry and Internal Cleaning department which are part of the Housekeeping responsibility.
- Ensure continuous cleaning of the client area during the day.
- Keep the laundry area organised and clean throughout the day.
- Coordinate the three Housekeeping shifts: night shift, early shift and afternoon shift.
- Weekly organisation of the rota according the staff situation.
- Train and monitor the team to ensure that standards of service and cleanliness are understood and followed.
- Update, and supervise the correct execution of the checklist Housekeeping department.
- Support in the elaboration of the rotas according an established template approved by direction for the three shifts.
- Organisation of a weekly one to one with staff members in coordination with the manager.
- Organisation of a weekly, on shift, staff heads up in coordination with the manager.
- Stocking and maintaining an inventory of housekeeping supplies.
- Passing of timely purchase orders to the procurement department.
- Cleaning: Night shift deep clean of the client and staff areas.
- etc.
- Keep the laundry area organised and clean throughout the day.
Full training will be provided to know our wide list of treatments and operational protocols and so understand AIRE's know-how and work culture.

Who you are:
- 1 to 2 years' prior experience in a similar position within hospitality.
- You have an advanced level of English.
- You are completely customer-oriented and have excellent interpersonal skills.
- You have good conflict management skills, you are assertive and cooperative.
- Flexible and able to work nights, holidays, and weekends.
