AIRE Ancient Baths are temples dedicated to the creation of the ultimate relaxation experience, where time does not exist. Inspired by the tradition of baths from ancient Roman, Greek and Ottoman civilizations, the AIRE Experience always takes place in restored historical buildings in the center of globally acclaimed cities.

At AIRE we are proud to have an international presence with 8 established centers: NYC, Chicago, London, Copenhagen, Barcelona, Sevilla, Almeria, and Vallromanes. We are already looking into the future and moving onwards, with our soon-to-be-opened, Upper East Side and Toronto-2022- facilities.

The role:

The Barcelona PR & Marketing Manager is the person in charge of leading and executing the PR Strategy for our locations in Barcelona and Vallromanes, including PR, Influencers & VIPs to boost brand awareness & positioning in the region. This role will also be in charge of the B2B strategy for AIRE at a regional level to increase sales in the segments: Hospitality, Corporations & Institutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Be responsible for raising awareness and relevance of the AIRE brand at the local level (be a brand advocate and guardian)
• Build a PR & B2B strategy for Barcelona & Vallromanes
• Manage and build corporate and B2C relationships through networking, PR events, and partnerships/sponsorships
• Lead relationships with relevant hotels, the travel industry, incentive agencies, etc.
• Collaborate with the Global Marketing team to ensure the correct implementation of marketing campaigns on the locations.
• Supervise and ensure the overall brand image standards in the locations
• Supervise and lead the production, promotion, and design of all group and/or event bookings; Lead and manage all sales for group & event initiatives
• Manage onsite influencers, press, and VIP visits. Assist with customer relations and special VIP booking requests
• Monitor customer feedback by reporting to Group marketing coordinator critical feedback received from customer surveys and local online platforms (TripAdvisor)
• Assist with overseeing the onsite client experience journey
• Collaborate with the Global Social Media manager to answer client requests within Social Media.

• You have 3 years of prior experience in a similar position.
• You are commercially driven – conscious of adding value and oriented towards achieving business objectives.

• You have a strong network and the ability to establish and maintain relationships with internal and external contacts.
