We are seeking a Laundry Attendant to sort, wash, and fold laundry according to operational needs of the Spa. PLEASE NOTE, THIS POSITION IS AN EARLY MORNING (3AM START) LAUNDRY POSITION,  BASED IN SOUTH SLOPE, BROOKLYN (11215).

Key Responsibilities:

Laundry Attendant Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Wash, and dry used textiles (including robes, towels, swimsuits, water shoes, sheets, etc.) according to direction and commercial machine requirements
• Sort and fold clean laundry according to company protocol
• Retrieve used laundry and to distribute clean materials
• Ensure that the facility remains clean at all times
• Assist with loading and unloading
  
• Keep equipment clean and presentable

Who You Are:

• Experience in a housekeeping, spa, or commercial laundry operations preferred.
• Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 25lbs.
• Ability to walk, stand, and continuously perform essential job functions for an extended period of time.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with cleaning detergents and laundering equipment, is a plus.
