The Role:
Join us as Sales Manager and take on a pivotal role where you’ll have the autonomy to shape and drive sales strategies, directly impacting revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
Sales Management
- Monitor global sales performance across centers and channels to meet targets.
- Analyze sales trends and KPIs, generating insights and optimization strategies.
- Manage availability and suggest initiatives to boost revenue.
Pricing and Promotion
- Align pricing strategies with customer demand to maximize revenue.
- Propose new pricing structures and sales tactics, ensuring consistent execution.
- Approve promotional activities developed by local centers.
Reporting Development
- Design and implement improved reporting formats for marketing and center-level insights.
- Define and monitor objectives, delivering performance reports for periods and campaigns.
Strategy and Business Development
- Identify new market opportunities and target customer segments.
- Lead cross-functional efforts to launch new initiatives (IT, Operations, Contact Center, Marketing).
- Develop sales plans that respond to market changes and maintain competitiveness.
Who are you?
- Minimum of 5 years in sales, business development, or commercial management roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is required; a Master’s in Marketing is highly desirable
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written) is essential.
- Proven track record in supervisory positions, especially managing analysts.
- Demonstrated success in multinational and cross-functional environments.

At AIRE we are proud to have an international presence with 8 established sites: NYC, Chicago, London, Copenhagen, Barcelona, Sevilla, Almería, and Vallromanes. We are already looking into the future and moving onwards, with our soon-to-be-opened, Upper East Side and Toronto-2025- facilities.
