Our people are at the heart of this journey, and we are looking for an HR Operations Trainee to support our HR Operations team and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment.
Your Mission
As an HR Operations Trainee, you will support key HR processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a smooth employee experience. Reporting to the HR Operations Manager, you will assist in payroll, HR administration, and other operational projects.
What You Will Do
HR Operations Support
- Support payroll processes by gathering and reviewing payroll-related information.
- Collaborate with local teams to ensure proper data integration into payroll systems.
- Assist in managing employee registrations, terminations, and updates with Social Security.
- Help prepare reports and documentation for HR Operations.
- Contribute to the creation of manuals and process guidelines.
- Participate in HR projects aimed at improving efficiency and compliance.
What You Bring
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Labour Relations, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields.
- Interest in learning and growing within HR Operations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers.
- Proficiency in Excel and a keen interest in HR systems.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- A proactive, flexible, and problem-solving mindset.
What We Offer
- A traineeship in an international and inspiring environment.
- A competitive traineeship with a gross salary of €750 per month for 30 hours/week
- Hands-on experience in HR Operations with mentorship and development opportunities.
- Flexible working hours: Start between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM, finish between 4:15 PM and 5:15 PM (depending on check-in time)
- Half-day Fridays and one day of home office per week.
