The Role:

Lead digital transformation projects within the company’s strategic systems plan.

Key responsibilities: 

• Project Leadership:
• Lead assigned digital projects, ensuring control over costs, scope, and timelines
• Define necessary scope to achieve functional objectives
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Plan and prioritize tasks based on urgency and dependencies
• Supervise correct implementation and validate deliverables
• Obtain approval from various directors and committees
• Deployment and Coordination:
• Lead, plan, and coordinate project deployment across centers and departments
• Select and supervise external vendors
• Prepare RFI documents for implementation offers
• Establish selection criteria and choose vendors accordingly
• Ensure correct contract execution by vendors
• Negotiate conflicts with vendors
• Implement appropriate governance methodologies for each project
• Reporting:
• Report project progress to relevant committees and directors
• Prepare progress reports and presentations
• Weekly presentations to project direction committees
• Monthly reports to AIRE Management’s direction committee
• Strategic Evolution:
• Ensure strategic evolution of the systems plan
• Estimate future budgets and cost projections
• Identify departmental needs
• Propose changes to the systems master plan to address new needs
• Research and incorporate industry trends that add value to the company

Who you are:

Education: 

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or equivalent
• Certification in Project Management or IT Management methodologies

Technical Skills:

• Advanced office software proficiency
• Project management tools
• Ticketing management tools
• Intermediate knowledge of web technologies
• Application development experience is required

Other Skills: 

• Team and vendor management.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing complex integration projects and business application development is required
• Experience in Salesforce environments is highly valued
• Background in Hospitality, tourism, leisure, or e-commerce sectors is a plus
