As we prepare to open our doors in Toronto’s Fashion District, we are looking for an exceptional Therapist Manager to lead the department that brings together both Therapists and Customer Experience in the Bath Area. This is a senior operational leadership role for someone who thrives on building teams, driving daily performance, and ensuring every guest encounter reflects AIRE’s philosophy of calm, care, and excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the Opening: Build and launch the Therapists Department, bringing together Therapists and Customer Experience in the Bath Area. From day one, you’ll lead a team of 40 employees (growing to 70), supported by 3 Supervisors reporting directly to you. You’ll set the cultural tone, define service standards, and establish the foundations of AIRE Toronto’s operational excellence.
• Drive Daily Operations: Oversee the full operational flow of the department — from managing treatment schedules and optimizing massage reservations to balancing team capacity with guest demand. By anticipating peaks, reducing downtime, and ensuring every shift runs seamlessly, you’ll transform complexity into precision and guarantee that every guest lives the magic of AIRE without a single detail out of place.
• Uphold the Experience: Be the guardian of our treatment protocols, ambiance, and AIRE Service Standards. You’ll ensure consistency across every touchpoint — from training the team on new rituals to personally resolving guest situations with empathy and elegance — so that each visit reflects AIRE’s philosophy of care, calm, and excellence.
• Grow and Empower Your Team: Beyond managing schedules, you’ll mentor and inspire. Through regular feedback, development plans, and coaching, you’ll raise the bar of performance while fostering a culture of psychological safety, respect, and continuous improvement. You’ll empower your Supervisors to act as first-line leaders, multiplying your impact across the team.
• Collaborate for Excellence: Partner with fellow operational leaders to align efforts across the guest journey. You’ll provide insights, propose improvements, and work hand in hand with the Operations Manager and Site Director to constantly refine both the guest experience and the efficiency of the operation.

Who are you:

• You are highly organized and operational, with a strong ability to manage day-to-day activities in a spa or wellness environment.

• You enjoy scheduling, planning treatments, and making sure everything runs on time and to standard.

• You have at least 3 years of direct team leadership experience in spa, aesthetics, or wellness operations — not just overseeing, but actively managing, motivating, and developing your team.

• You bring a minimum of 4 years in the wellness, aesthetics, or hospitality industry.

• You are a confident, hands-on leader who takes ownership of both guest and team experience. Proactive and solution-oriented, you lead by example and step in whenever needed.
