The Role:

We seek a Digital Analyst to develop and maintain analytical dashboards, optimize campaign measurements, and ensure accurate channel attribution. The ideal candidate will have a background in digital analytics and a knack for process improvement and data integration.

Key responsibilities: 

Creation and Maintenance of Dashboards and Analytical Tools

• Develop and maintain dashboards integrating various data sources (email marketing, paid media, social media, web).

• Integrate and use analytical tools (Hotjar, Mouseflow) for funnel analysis and user tracking.

• Propose new applications and technologies to improve analytical processes.

• Maintain data layers and tags through GTM or other tools to ensure accurate tracking.

Traffic Channel Mix Monitoring

• Define the ideal channel model for each center according to its maturity, brand awareness, investment level, and other relevant factors.

• Continuously monitor the performance of each traffic channel per center, adapting strategies to optimize acquisition and conversion.

• Define and standardize attribution models across channels.

• Control and maintain UTMs to ensure all marketing actions are correctly tracked in Analytics.

• Monitor new web feature deployments to ensure proper measurement and site indexation.

• Create alerts to monitor strategic KPIs and perform quantitative and qualitative analyses of dashboards to identify optimization opportunities.

Reporting

• Create on-demand reports for any department area to support data-driven decision-making.

• Prepare monthly and annual digital marketing reports, ensuring accurate and actionable insights.

Who you are:

• 2 years of experience in a digital field is required

Education: 

• Academic background or professional experience in digital analytics and dashboard creation

Technical Skills:

• Intermediate/advanced knowledge in digital analytics and tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Crazy Egg, SEMrush, or similar
  
• Intermediate/advanced knowledge in data integration tools and dashboard creation such as LookerStudio, Tableau, PowerBI, Supermetrics, or similar

Other Skills: 

• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
  
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey vision to various audiences
• Organized, able to work according to briefings, with agility and under deadlines
• Knowledge of programming languages like Python and process automation tools like IFTTT are desirable. 

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing complex integration projects and business application development 
• Experience in eCommerce environments 
• Background in Hospitality, tourism, leisure, or e-commerce sectors is a plus
