Inspired by the tradition of baths from ancient Roman, Greek, and Ottoman civilizations, the AIRE Experience always takes place in restored historical buildings in the center of globally acclaimed cities.

Tribeca Location:
In the midst of the bustle and fast-paced rhythm of downtown, right at the heart of Tribeca, there is an oasis of tranquility exclusively designed to balance mind and body. Located at a restored historic building, originally an 1883 textile factory, the AIRE experience consists of an unforgettable journey through sensations across the various baths with water at different temperatures that will transport you to the ancient times of the Roman, Greek, and Ottoman traditions.
The Role:
As an Operations Manager, you will oversee all operations in our Tribeca bathhouse. You will collaborate with the Site Director in fostering a positive work environment for staff and creating the AIRE Experience for clients. You will also ensure compliance with operating policies, procedures, and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence & Compliance
Implement and ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and operational procedures.
Monitor key reports and KPIs daily to make data-driven decisions and maintain efficiency.
Manage procurement, inventory, and vendor relations while ensuring full legal and safety compliance.
People Leadership & Culture
Lead and align all department heads, driving collaboration and accountability for results.
Conduct regular performance reviews, feedback sessions, and development planning for managers.
Promote engagement, motivation, and a culture of high performance across all teams.
Guest Experience & Service Recovery
Oversee guest satisfaction and act as the main escalation point for complaints or incidents.
Analyse NPS and feedback data to identify trends and implement service improvements.
Represent the Site Director when required, ensuring continuity of operations and service excellence.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's Degree in hospitality management, tourism, or business, preferred.
- 3+ years managing operations in a luxury, wellness, fitness, or hospitality setting, is required.
- 3+ years of leading operational teams across multiple departments are required.
- Experience in monitoring operational reports and making data-informed decisions.
- Experience managing customer satisfaction using surveys and continuous improvement plans.
- Experience managing quality assurance and OSHA/legal requirements.
- Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills.
- Excellent creative thinking skills and the ability to make urgent and effective decisions.
- Punctual, reliable, and flexible with scheduling according to business needs.
- Outstanding customer service mentality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
- Being bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus.
