At AIRE, we are looking for an experienced Therapist Manager to lead our Therapists and Links teams, ensuring service excellence, strong operational performance, and a consistent guest experience aligned with AIRE standards and values.

This role is key to driving day-to-day operations in the Therapies and Bath Areas while fostering a strong culture of accountability, development, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure effective operational coverage across Therapies and Bath Areas, maintaining service excellence and alignment with AIRE standards.

• Lead and develop Supervisors, Therapists, and Links teams, ensuring strong on-floor leadership, clear shift governance, and consistent communication.

• Drive performance management, training, and development plans, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

• Guarantee compliance with protocols, procedures, and new operational initiatives, proactively addressing any issues impacting the guest experience.

• Oversee staff scheduling, inventory control, incident reporting, and department-related budget responsibilities.

• Collaborate closely with Operations and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations and an exceptional guest experience.

Who you are:

• You have at least 3 years' prior experience in a similar position, managing busy spa operations.

• You possess a valid qualification as Massage Therapist.

• You have an advanced level of English. Danish is a plus!

• You are completely customer-oriented and you have excellent interpersonal skills.

• You are able flexible and able to work nights, holidays, and weekends when need it.
