Your Mission
As B2B & Sales Manager, you will shape and scale AIRE’s B2B ecosystem in Europe by creating meaningful, high-value partnerships that drive revenue, strengthen the brand, and generate long-term business impact.
What You Will Do
B2B Business Development
Develop and close B2B sales opportunities for AIRE experiences across European markets.
Sell corporate gift solutions, bespoke experiences, and venue buyouts for corporate events, incentives, product launches, and loyalty initiatives.
Proactively generate new business through direct outreach and outbound sales activity.
Build trusted, long-term relationships with key decision-makers (HR, Marketing, Events,s and Executive teams).
Strategic Partnerships
Identify and activate growth opportunities through European partnerships with OTAs, experience marketplaces, and premium lifestyle partners (e.g., Wonderbox, Gilt, Tripadvisor).
Lead commercial negotiations, defining collaboration models and activation plans aligned with profitability and brand standards.
Oversee the launch, performance tracking, and optimisation of partnerships across multiple countries.
Commercial Performance & Market Management
Define commercial objectives and action plans by market in collaboration with leadership.
Manage multiple European geographies autonomously, prioritising high-impact opportunities.
Own a robust sales pipeline, ensuring disciplined follow-up, accurate forecasting and consistent deal closure.
Analyse performance and propose improvement actions to maximise revenue, efficiency and ROI.
Brand Representation & AIRE Excellence
Act as a brand ambassador, consistently representing AIRE’s values and premium positioning.
Represent AIRE in client meetings, events and partner engagements across Europe.
Ensure all commercial initiatives fully respect AIRE’s identity, standards and experiential promise.
What We Are Looking For
Experience & Background
Minimum 4 years of proven experience in leading B2B sales and strategic partnerships.
8+ years of total experience in sales roles.
Experience in premium, luxury, hospitality, wellness, lifestyle, or experiential brands is desirable.
Degree ( Bachelor or Master's) in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
Languages
Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
Skills & Behaviours
Strong commercial drive with a results-oriented mindset.
High level of Collaboration and Talante: approachable, respectful and relationship-focused.
Proactive, autonomous, and comfortable working across multiple markets.
