The Role
As Operations Manager, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring the day-to-day excellence of one of AIRE’s locations. You will oversee operations, drive performance across teams, and safeguard the quality of the guest experience, acting as a trusted partner to the Site Director and a cultural ambassador of AIRE.
Your mission is to translate AIRE’s standards, values, and philosophy into consistent operational execution, people leadership, and unforgettable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Compliance
Ensure the smooth and efficient execution of daily operations across all departments.
Implement, monitor, and continuously improve brand policies, procedures, and service protocols.
Track operational KPIs and reports, enabling agile, data-driven decision-making.
Oversee inventory control, procurement processes, and supplier coordination.
Guarantee compliance with health & safety, legal, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain quality assurance in line with global AIRE standards.
Act as deputy to the Site Director, ensuring continuity in their absence.
Team Leadership & Culture
Lead and develop department heads, ensuring strong alignment and collaboration across teams.
Facilitate regular team briefings, one-on-one meetings, and performance conversations.
Set clear objectives and evaluate performance through defined KPIs.
Support managers in building and executing development plans for their teams.
Identify training needs in partnership with HR and ensure effective application on the floor.
Foster engagement, well-being, accountability, and a culture of care.
Lead by example: visible, hands-on, and solution-oriented.
Guest Experience & Service Recovery
Ensure every guest enjoys a seamless, premium, and memorable AIRE experience.
Monitor guest satisfaction metrics (e.g., NPS) and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage complex service incidents, acting as the main escalation point.
Support department heads in training teams on service excellence.
Guarantee service consistency and alignment with the AIRE philosophy.
Who You Are:
3+ years of experience leading leaders across multiple departments, with a strong focus on accountability, performance, and people development.
Minimum 3 years of experience managing complex operations in luxury hospitality, wellness, spa, or comparable service-driven environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business, or a related field.
A natural and credible leader, with a genuine service mindset and the ability to inspire high standards and operational excellence.
Proven experience in guest satisfaction management and service recovery, translating feedback into continuous improvement.
Proactive and results-oriented, with a hands-on approach and a strong sense of ownership.
