Your Mission

The Senior HRIS & Automation Specialist is the technical backbone of AIRE Ancient Baths’ People & Culture function globally. With Workday already implemented, this role is responsible for three things: owning the technical evolution of the platform and its integrations, driving the consolidation of payroll systems across 5 countries into a single provider, and building the automation and data infrastructure that will allow People to scale.

What You Will Do

Own Workday

• Define and drive the global roadmap, releases, and system evolution

• Act as the go-to expert for configuration, ensuring consistency and scalability

• Implement new tools and modules as the business grows

• Continuously improve how the system supports real business needs

Build integrations & automation

• Own and improve all integrations with payroll, finance, and HR tools

• Lead the technical side of payroll consolidation across countries

• Design automation that reduces manual work and improves data accuracy

Ensure data quality & structure

• Define and maintain global data standards

• Own core structures (org design, roles, cost centres, positions)

• Enable reliable data flows for reporting and decision-making

• Ensure security, access control, and compliance

Be the technical reference

• Support and mentor the HRIS Specialist

• Act as escalation point for complex issues

• Proactively identify risks and improvement opportunities

What We Are Looking For

Experience & Background

• 4+ years of hands-on Workday experience, including configuration and administration across key modules (HCM, T&A, Absence or similar)

• Workday certification (or equivalent depth of expertise)

• Proven experience with HRIS integrations and process automation

• Solid understanding of payroll processes and data flows

• Experience working in multi-country environments with data governance considerations

Languages

• Fluent English required; Spanish is a plus
