The Role
As our Salesforce Administrator, you'll be the backbone of AIRE's Salesforce ecosystem. You'll own the platform globally, keeping it running, evolving and fully aligned with the needs of our teams across multiple markets. This is a hands-on role with real visibility: you'll collaborate closely with commercial, operations and customer service teams, turning business needs into smart platform solutions.
Who We Are Looking For
Required certifications: Salesforce Administrator + Platform App Builder
2+ years of experience managing Salesforce environments, with proven hands-on experience in Service Cloud. This includes objects, flows, automations, data structures, roles, profiles and Lightning components.
Bonus points for: Advanced Salesforce Administrator certification, APEX, Tableau, Marketing Cloud, VS Code, or GIT knowledge
Background in Tourism, Hospitality, Events, or Entertainment is a plus
Experience with ERP systems (ideally SAGE) is also valued.

Key Responsibilities
Platform Administration
Own the day-to-day administration of AIRE's Salesforce products: roles, profiles, rules, workflows, users, and data
Build and maintain dashboards and reports that help teams make better decisions
Create and configure new objects, products, and business rules as the company grows
User Services
Provide direct support to users across different markets
Manage Salesforce licences and escalations
Develop training materials and deliver onboarding sessions to ensure platform adoption
Innovation
Identify and implement usability improvements across the platform
Proactively propose enhancements that increase efficiency and adoption
