The Role:

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will join our Copenhagen team and support the Maintenance Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. You will coordinate daily maintenance activities, support the technical team, and ensure preventive and corrective maintenance tasks are carried out efficiently, always maintaining our high standards of quality and safety.

This is a hands-on role where you will combine your technical expertise with your ability to guide and support the maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Maintenance Manager in coordinating the daily activities of the maintenance team, ensuring efficient and safe operations.

• Execute and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with company procedures and local regulations.

• Coordinate technicians, supporting their onboarding, training, development, and daily work organisation.

• Ensure the correct functioning of technical systems, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and water treatment systems.

• Monitor facility conditions, pool parameters, stock levels, and Health & Safety standards.

• Collaborate with other departments to identify maintenance needs and ensure a high-quality client experience.

Who You Are:

• You have a technical or vocational education in maintenance, electricity, mechanics, or a related field.

• You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in technical maintenance, ideally within hospitality, leisure facilities, swimming pools, or similar environments.

• You have previous experience coordinating or supporting a technical team.

• You have good knowledge of electrical systems and general facility maintenance.

• Previous experience with swimming pool maintenance and water treatment will be highly valued.

• You are hands-on, detail-oriented, organised, and proactive.

• You have basic knowledge of MS Office and maintenance management software.

• You speak Danish and have a good level of English.

• You are flexible and able to adapt to operational needs, including occasional weekends or different shifts when required.
