Inspired by the bathing traditions of ancient Roman, Greek, and Ottoman civilizations, AIRE creates unique spaces where time stands still, inviting guests to disconnect and experience the art of relaxation. At AIRE we are proud to have an international presence with 10 established centers: Toronto, Tribeca, Upper East Side, Chicago, London, Copenhagen, Barcelona, Sevilla, Almeria, and Vallromanes.

As we prepare to open our largest location in North America, we're bringing the AIRE Experience to the heart of Los Angeles' Arts District.

Set within a beautifully restored 1930s industrial building, AIRE Los Angeles will blend exposed brick, warm wood, and natural stone to create an intimate sanctuary featuring ten baths and relaxation spaces.

The Role:

As we prepare to open our new centre in Los Angeles, we are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor who will play an important role in establishing and supporting our Housekeeping operations.

The Housekeeping Supervisor will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and operational excellence by overseeing daily cleaning activities, leading and supporting the Housekeeping team, and ensuring compliance with company standards and safety protocols, while creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for both guests and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the manager in recruitment, training, and team scheduling, including shift planning and rotations.

• Oversee daily team performance, providing individual feedback and identifying development needs.

• Ensure client comfort in changing areas, addressing concerns and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

• Uphold AIRE’s standards for appearance, conduct, and customer service at all times.

• Coordinate the activities of the Cleaning, Laudry and Locker teams ensuring quality and efficiency.

• Monitor processes, tools, and resources, proposing sustainable improvements and assisting with stock control.

Who You Are:

• Have a minimum of 1 year in a team management.

• Have at least 2 years of experience in a cleaning job or related.

• Strong customer orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.

• You have effective conflict management abilities, and you are assertive and cooperative.

• Advanced proficiency in English.
