General Role Summary:
The Front Desk Manager will be the face of our Vallromanes location, ensuring exceptional service and seamless operations at our reception area. The role involves managing the front desk team, overseeing daily activities, and maintaining high customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train front desk staff to deliver impeccable service.
- Manage scheduling and task assignment for the front desk team.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing and resolving complaints effectively.
- Maintain knowledge of all services and experiences offered to assist guests.
- Oversee and manage reservation systems efficiently.
- Facilitate communication between departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Organize and conduct regular meetings to update and inform the team.
- Collaborate with management for continuous improvement in service protocols.
Who You Are:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service or hospitality management role.
- Strong leadership skills with a keen focus on team development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Adept at multitasking and managing operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using reservation and customer management systems.
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus, but not required.
- Own vehicle required (it is not possible to access the facilities by public transport).
